There have been a lot of changes and bug fixes in the latest updates by Verizon for Samsung’s former flagships Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 edge. These devices have not received updates directly from Samsung due to carrier lock so have received it now.

This update has removed the Amazon music app from these phones along with some other improvements. Both devices have received an update with same version number MMB29K.G925VVRU4CPD2.

A bug has been fixed when there was an error during downloads from google play store. An issue where there was problem with accessing visual voice mail has been resolved. Now you can also access google search from settings menu. Similarly there has been an integration of video and voice calls with each other and audio is routed to earpiece as well as speaker depending upon type of call.

Similarly, you do not have to go to the settings now once USB has been plugged in to select any mode. It appears instantaneously now. Application manager has a new option of “send premium message” in settings.

More tweaks have been done in application manager settings where users can check the amount of RAM their device is using as well as how much RAM is available now.
